Unistrut are available in only one particular dimension. Channels are used to create different hangers or racks. Special kind of hardware is designed which makes the task easy. Nuts are located at the top of the channel and they rotate in only one direction. If nuts of unistrut is installed properly then the connection does not failed between hardware and strut. For proper installation you need washer, bolts and screwdriver. First place the nut on hole of channel with spring on bottom of nut. Rotate the nut so that it fits between sides of channel using the screwdriver. Use washer and threaded hole of nut in same line. Place bolt in washer hole. Rotate it clockwise to thread it in hole of nut.

The installation process is easy and if three equipments are used in this process. If installation process is completed properly then there are no chances of failure in circuit.
